powerplay.hockey
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between PowerPlay LLC("PowerPlay," "we," "us," or "Company") and the individual member or the parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor player ("Member," "you," or "Player"). By completing the enrollment process, checking the agreement box at checkout, and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
PowerPlay provides personalized video analysis, game film breakdown, scouting reel production, player development tracking, and coaching services to hockey players. The specific deliverables depend on the plan selected at enrollment:
Memberships run through the end of the current active season (May 1, 2027) with monthly billing. Members enrolling at or before Sep 1, 2026 commit to the full 9-month season; mid-season enrollees commit only to the months remaining in the current season. Enrollment serves as authorization for PowerPlay to process recurring monthly charges to your registered payment method based on your chosen plan:
For members enrolling at or before Sep 1, 2026, initial payments are due Sep 1, 2026, with the subsequent 8 monthly payments processed on the same calendar date. Mid-season enrollees are billed at enrollment and monthly thereafter through May 1, 2027.
Members may enroll at any point during the season. Regardless of enrollment date, the current season runs through May 1, 2027. Members will be billed at their selected monthly plan rate for each month remaining in the season from the date of enrollment through May 1, 2027. For example, a Member enrolling in February 2027 on the Core Plan would be charged $250/month for February, March, April, and May — four months remaining in the season, totaling $1,000.
Upon completion of a season, memberships automatically renew for the next 9-month term at the existing rate. PowerPlay will provide a reminder notification at least 30 days prior to renewal. To opt out, contact us before the renewal date.
Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to PowerPlay via email at support@powerplay.hockey.
Cancellation does not relieve the Member of their financial obligation for the remainder of the current active season (through May 1, 2027). Upon cancellation, the Member's card on file will continue to be charged each month for all remaining payments in the current season. For example, a full-season Member on the Core Plan who cancels after Month 3 remains responsible for the remaining 6 monthly payments of $198 each ($1,188 total). A mid-season enrollee who joined in February 2027 and cancels in March would owe the remaining April and May payments ($500 total at the $250 regular Core rate).
The Member's access to active services will continue through the end of the current billing month. No new deliverables will be produced after the cancellation date; however, billing will continue for the remainder of the season as described above.
PowerPlay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any membership at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in cancellation include, but are not limited to:
If PowerPlay initiates a cancellation, the Member will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid services not yet rendered, calculated from the effective date of cancellation. Monthly charges already processed for the current billing month are non-refundable.
Members are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file at all times. In the event of a failed payment:
All prices are in US Dollars. PowerPlay Hockey uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Card information is never stored directly by PowerPlay.
By enrolling, the Member (or parent/legal guardian) grants PowerPlay permission to use their player's name, likeness, image, and submitted video footage on PowerPlay Hockey's social media channels and website for promotional and community purposes. This consent may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a written request to support@powerplay.hockey.
All video analysis, voiceover commentary, scouting reels, highlight productions, and development reports produced by PowerPlay are the intellectual property of PowerPlay LLC. Members receive a personal, non-transferable license for personal development and recruiting purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
PowerPlay collects personal information including name, email, phone number, mailing address, payment information, and player performance data for the purpose of delivering services and communicating with Members. PowerPlay does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use a limited set of service providers — including payment processing (Stripe), hosting, database and authentication, SMS delivery, and email — to operate the platform. These providers may access your personal information only as needed to perform their function on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to use it for any other purpose. PowerPlay uses industry-standard security practices to protect Member data. By enrolling, Members consent to receiving transactional emails (account, billing, content readiness) related to their membership. SMS is a separate, optional choice: Members who check the optional SMS opt-in checkbox at signup will also receive these notifications by text. The SMS opt-in is unchecked by default and is never required to create an account or complete checkout. Members who have opted in may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
PowerPlay provides services on an "as available" basis. While we are committed to delivering high-quality analysis and development content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes including improved player statistics, roster placements, scholarship offers, or recruitment results. PowerPlay Hockey's total liability to any Member shall not exceed the total amount paid by that Member in the 3 months preceding any claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
PowerPlay reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of PowerPlay services after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between PowerPlay and the Member and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing enrollment, the Member (or parent/legal guardian on behalf of a minor player) acknowledges that they have read this Agreement in its entirety, understand its terms and agree to be bound by them.
